
My name is Justin Paquette. I have a beautiful family and a love for fitness. I have a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves. My love for this came from when I was younger and felt upset with how I looked and felt. Long story short, after what felt like a few long weeks of steady exercise and nutrition, I noticed a big difference. Not only did I notice that my body was changing but my mind and mood were changing as well. Suddenly I was happy, I was no longer depressed or sad about the seemingly meaningless things that had me down before. I truly became a new person. What I’m getting at is proper health, nutrition, and exercise had changed my life and made it infinitely better. Because of this, I have a real passion for this line of work. The best part… I get to help people transform themselves the same way that I did. Only now, I can do it right because I have the proper knowledge. Part of me feels as though some people may be stuck in a fog waiting to be saved and I’d like to offer my hand to help pull them out. I want to help others feel that life altering transformation as I did! I have several certifications under my belt and I will continue to educate myself so I can always give you my very best. My favorite exercises would probably be push ups, pull ups, bicep curls, and tricep extensions. It’s hard to pick just one. I know they seem basic but they are some of the building blocks of exercise. Any exercise can feel rewarding with the right guidance and determination. The most important thing here is that I want to be the one that helps you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. I’m here to help you prolong and change your life for the better! Together, we will transform your mind and body, in turn, bettering all aspects of your life. You’re not in this alone.
